AquaRV
Mobile RV roof and exterior detailing team serving Clearwater and Tampa Bay, rated 5.0 across 139 Google reviews.
Florida is a big state with a big used motorhome market, and the difference between a good coach and a money pit often hides under the roof or behind a cabinet. We list 42 motorhome inspectors across Florida, averaging 4.8 stars, including 7 NRVIA-certified and 33 mobile. I paid for two pre-purchase inspections before I bought and walked away from one rig when the report showed water where it shouldn't be.

Moisture is the first thing to ask about. Nineteen of the 42 inspectors here list leak detection and 19 list moisture checks, so there is no shortage of people who will put a meter on the walls and read it out loud. A written report should show photos, readings, and a plain verdict on the roof, seals, and any soft spots. Ask whether the inspector will check propane and the generator. Fourteen inspectors list propane work; Michael's Elite Mobile RV Repair and BBMotorhomes both call out generator checks. Florida heat is hard on roof sealant, so a wash and a quick look from the ground is not enough.
AquaRV holds a 5.0 rating across 139 reviews and covers roof, leak, and moisture work with mobile service. By The Bay RV runs NRVIA certification alongside pre-purchase and PDI, and 97 reviews back it up. Traveling RV Technicians carry the most reviews at 234 with a 4.9 rating and list report, roof, and moisture checks. Lasting Memories Mobile RV Services, BBMotorhomes, and Michael's Elite round out a group of six names, all rated 5.0 except Traveling RV Technicians. Mobile work matters in a state this long. Thirty-three of the 42 come to the coach, which saves you moving a rig you have not bought yet.
NRVIA has two levels. An inspector who has finished the training is a Certified Inspector; the next step is Master Certified, which requires more inspections and continuing education. Seven inspectors here list NRVIA, and that is a fair minimum to ask about for a motorhome purchase. Certification does not replace experience with diesel pushers or Class C chassis, so ask what they usually inspect. Get the sample report before you book. If it is one page with no photos, keep calling. Two pre-purchase inspectors told me more from their sample reports than from any phone call.
There are 42 motorhome inspectors on this page, with an average rating of 4.8. Seven are NRVIA-certified and 33 offer mobile service, so most will come to the coach wherever it is stored or parked.
Nineteen list leak detection and 19 list moisture checks. Some inspectors appear under both, so ask which tests they actually run and whether the readings go into the written report with photos.
It is a reasonable baseline. NRVIA certification means the inspector finished training and, at the Master level, logged more inspections. All the certification in the world does not beat a sample report you can read and a conversation about motorhome chassis.
Before your deposit becomes final. That way the report can still change your mind without costing you the deposit. Never use an inspector the seller suggests, and get the report in writing before you hand over money.
