Questions people ask
How much does an RV inspection cost?
It depends on the size of the rig and how much the inspection covers. A basic walk-through costs less than a full inspection with roof, moisture, generator and fluid checks, and many inspectors also charge for travel. Ask for a written quote that lists what the report will include.
Do I really need an inspection on a new RV?
It's worth considering. New RVs can leave the factory with leaks, loose fittings or systems that don't work, and it's easier to get them fixed before you sign than after. An independent inspector works for you, not the dealer.
What does NRVIA certified mean?
The National RV Inspectors Association trains and certifies RV inspectors. Certification levels differ, so ask an inspector which level they hold and to see a sample report.
Are the ratings on this site from Google?
Yes. Star ratings and review counts come from each inspector's Google Business Profile. We don't edit or filter them.
