Jefes RV Service
Commerce City RV shop with a 4.9 rating from 190 reviews, offering pre-purchase inspections and mobile service.
Five independent inspectors in Colorado offer pre-purchase inspections, averaging 4.8 stars across the listings. Three of them are mobile, which matters here: you can have the rig checked where it sits rather than paying to move it. Four list motorhome work, two advertise roof checks, and one covers propane. I have paid for two of these inspections myself and walked away from a rig because of what the report said. That is the point.

On a motorhome, ask for the roof, generator, and chassis to be looked at, since those are the expensive items and several Colorado inspectors advertise all three. Moisture is the one I would not skip, even where a shop does not list it. A soft spot near a vent or a window can cost more than the coach is worth. Insist on a written report with photos before you hand over money. A verbal all-clear is not something you can take back to a seller when the furnace quits the first cold night.
Jefes RV Service carries 4.9 stars from 190 reviews and handles mobile, pre-purchase, and motorhome work. Tys RV Repair is smaller at 30 reviews but sits at 5.0, and covers roof and propane along with generator and chassis checks. Nathan's RV Service & Repair, 4.7 from 141 reviews, lists pre-delivery inspection work, useful if you are buying new. B&B RV, Inc. has the longest review history at 403 and a 4.6 rating. Colorado RV Experts is new with 9 reviews and a 5.0, mobile and motorhome.
Book before your deposit becomes nonrefundable. Most inspectors need the rig stationary and powered for a few hours, and a mobile inspector needs reasonable access to the coach. Plan on the seller or dealer being present to run systems and answer questions. Never use the seller's inspector. You want someone whose only customer is you. When the report comes back, price the repairs before you agree to the deal, or walk. That is what the money buys you.
Five. Three of them are mobile, so they can come to the rig rather than you hauling it across the state.

One does. Tys RV Repair lists propane among its types, along with roof, generator, and chassis work.
