About TJs RV
TJ's RV is a family operation in Concord, Thomas Chapman and his son Luke running the place since 2015. Reviewers keep calling it a mom and pop shop, and they mean that as praise. One customer said they treat every customer like family. Another praised the technicians for knowing their stuff and sticking with a problem until it was solved. The shop handles repair work alongside inspections. That covers roof and side sealing, leak repair, slide seals, awnings, refrigerators, generators, AC, windows and 5th wheels. Mobile and NRVIA services are mentioned, and pre-purchase inspections are on the menu. Warranty work comes up often in the reviews, which tells you they will deal with the paperwork instead of brushing it off. One reviewer was weeks from a trip with a stuck slide; another had a rotted floor traced to a slow leak. Both got updates as the work moved along. Folks passing through on road trips have called and been told to bring it in.
