About The Car Friend
The Car Friend runs mobile pre-purchase inspections around the Portland metro, meaning the inspector comes to the vehicle instead of you hauling it to a shop. That setup matters for buyers who are sizing up a rig at a dealer lot or a private seller's driveway. Reviews point to Orion by name again and again. People describe him as knowledgeable, quick to respond, and easy to schedule with, and several mention he fit them in same day. The inspection itself gets called thorough, and buyers talk up the written report with photos and the clear explanations that come with it. A few say he talked them out of a bad purchase, which is the whole point. Services cover pre-purchase inspections, electronic systems, and exotic vehicle inspections. Reviews also mention car buying coaching, so expect straight talk about what owning the vehicle would realistically cost you.
