About Ruiz Tires & Auto Services
Ruiz Tires & Auto Services is a tire shop and general auto repair shop on the east side of Greenville. The shop handles new and used tires, oil changes, brakes, tune ups, and general repairs. Reviewers often mention quick appointments and clear pricing, with one customer saying they got an immediate quote for tire replacement. Another praised the service adviser for providing a quote in a timely manner during an oil change. The shop is women-owned and Latino-owned, and bilingual staff are mentioned in reviews. Customers describe the team as friendly and accommodating. One reviewer noted a tow-in with two flats was fixed in 30 minutes; another stranded out of town had a tire issue corrected within two hours. Others highlight the shop's trustworthiness and reliability, and the shop recently won first place in InSouth Magazine's Automobile Services Shop of the Year category, according to a review. Not every review is positive: one customer felt the price and quality were not good and that communication was poor.
