About Riverside Camping Center Service & Parts Department
Riverside Camping Center's service department sits in New Bern and pulls in RV owners from Greenville, Jacksonville, and the rest of Eastern NC. The shop handles roof reseals, brake work, slide-out repairs, and full inspections, and welcomes all makes and models. Inspections are NRVIA mentioned, and the crew also covers air conditioning, batteries, and electrical work. Reviews land around 4.1 stars across nine Google ratings, and the team comes up often. People describe friendly staff who look things over fast and hand back an estimate, sometimes with the rig ready the next day. One buyer singled out a staff member and the service team by name. Not every visit goes smoothly: a service customer complained about debris and ants left in their RV, and a dealer buyer was frustrated to learn about tire replacement after paying in full. The shop is wheelchair accessible, with parking and a restroom to match.
