About PERFORMANCE RV
Performance RV is an RV repair and maintenance shop on the Las Vegas side of things, with mobile service available if you can't bring the rig in. They're a licensed and insured dealer for several manufacturers out of Elkhart, Indiana, and they run RVIA-certified techs. Inspections and NRVIA work are on the list, alongside the usual repairs. Reviewers keep landing on one name, Leo. People describe him walking a driver through rewiring a failed leveler switch over the phone when he couldn't reach the campsite. Another had a bent slide cable bolt spotted and fixed in under ten minutes during what started as an electrical call. A motorhome that overheated south of town got a leaking freeze plug diagnosed and replaced. A fifth wheel's grey tank let go at 8:45 one evening, and the repair was evaluated and done the next day, extended warranty included. A generator and water pipes got fixed on short notice before an LA deadline, and a Sunday trans oil filter warning ended with the rig back on the road in an hour. The shop is open 24/7, identifies as women-owned, and has a wheelchair accessible entrance and lot. They also sell RV supplies and merchandise. The agreement across the reviews is that the staff knows their stuff and treats people fairly.
