About Open Roads Complete RV of Acworth Service
Open Roads Complete RV sits in Acworth, Georgia, and does inspection work alongside general RV repair. The shop handles roof inspections, body and collision repair, brakes, tires, and hitch installs, plus electrical, plumbing and appliance work. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name. Heath, LaTanya, Matt and Zack come up for walking people through the job, sending progress updates, and getting travelers back on the road after breakdowns. One person said a pinbox and hitch failure on the interstate turned into a quick diagnosis. Another called it their best service call in nearly 20 years of RVing. Parts availability and warranty work get mentioned too, and a few reviewers note the veteran discount. One job ran longer than expected, and that customer still praised the updates and the finished work. The shop is wheelchair accessible, and the crew installs towing systems without wrecking a new bumper.
