About NTC. INC
NTC. INC is a truck repair shop in Naperville that also lists RV inspection among its services, with NRVIA mentioned. It has been in business since 2008 and handles trucks, trailers and RVs, plus air and cabin filters, A/C, engine diagnostics, batteries, brakes, electrical, exhaust and oil changes. The shop also sells truck accessories. Reviews land at 4.6 stars across 74 Google reviews, but they run both ways. Several people praise the mechanics as experienced with diesel work and say diagnosis was accurate and fast, with no surprise charges. Others describe poor communication and inflated bills, and one warns against electrical work after wiring problems on parked A/C units. If you want an inspection before you pay for a rig, the mixed feedback is worth weighing. Ask what the inspection covers and read the recent reviews yourself before you book.
