About Families First RV

Families First RV is a mobile service based in Monroe, Georgia, that comes to your rig instead of you sitting in a dealership line. Along with repairs, they do inspections and put together a report, including checking a roof for leaks. Reviewers keep circling back to the technician's knack for diagnosis. People say he spent real time on the phone and in person walking them through what was wrong, and a couple of customers mention the pricing landed where they expected. One owner with a leaking roof got a report and an explanation back fast. Another had jacks figured out on a camper, and someone else had an inverter sorted on a Saturday when they needed the RV running. The shop handles AC, electrical, plumbing, slide-outs, roof and leak work, water heaters, appliances and generators, plus mobile oil changes and winterization. They also take on insurance and warranty repairs. It is Indigenous-owned and wheelchair accessible. Only a phone call is missing from the listing.
