About D-RV Mobile Repair
D-RV Mobile Repair is a locally owned shop in Defuniak Springs, run by a husband and wife team, Doug and Liz. They handle inspections along with repairs: air conditioning, batteries, electrical, body and trim, slide outs, leveling systems, water heaters, and furnaces. Shop visits are by appointment only, and they also come to you. The company is licensed and insured in Florida and works with extended warranty and insurance claims. Reviewers keep coming back to the same things. People describe thorough inspections of newly purchased campers and quick turnarounds on the repairs that followed. Liz gets mentioned often for stepping in with warranty providers and saving customers money. Doug gets credit for walking owners through electrical and AC problems, sometimes over the phone before anyone drives out. Folks call them honest, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. The shop sits in Walton County and serves the surrounding area. If you're buying a used rig and want someone independent to look it over before money changes hands, this is the kind of outfit people in the reviews wish they'd found sooner.
