About Caprock RV Services
Caprock RV Services sits in Lubbock, where it handles repair, restoration and inspection work on all kinds of RVs. It used to go by Specialty RVs of West Texas. The shop is owner-operated, and the two names that come up in reviews are Wes and Dusty. Reviewers keep coming back to the same things. People say the crew gets on a problem fast, sometimes the same day they show up. A furnace, a water leak, a slide system, a plumbing or wiring issue, it gets diagnosed and fixed. Folks mention fair pricing and straight talk about what the job needs. One traveler wrote that the owners and a tech jumped on the troubleshooting as a team. Full timers have left notes about being squeezed in so they did not have to wait. Another customer said the shop pushed a warranty company hard to cover the damage. The rating is 4.8 across 58 Google reviews. If you need an independent look before you buy, this is one to call.
