About Camping World RV Service - Billings
Camping World RV Service in Billings handles RV repair and maintenance, from oil changes to warranty work. They also provide a free 22-point inspection and same-day services. The shop works on travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes. Reviewers have not been kind. With a 1.0-star rating from two Google reviews, the feedback points to poor customer service. One person said they walked in ready to spend several hundred dollars but were ignored by staff at the front desk and sales office. Another mentioned getting no help while carrying a part around the store. On the plus side, the location is wheelchair accessible with accessible parking. They offer mobile service and RV detailing, including washing, waxing, and interior cleaning. If you're considering them for an inspection, the reviews suggest setting expectations low on service.
